Hey guys! How goes it?
I got another anti-haul for you guys, but this one is going to be a little different as I’m focusing solely on palettes this time around.
Now, I love palettes. I’m a MAJOR eyeshadow junkie. It’s my favorite kind of makeup item. But since I started blogging, I’ve amassed a HUGE palette collection that’s gotten a bit out of control. Want to know how bad? Well, when I first started blogging, I owned I think just ONE eye palette (the Urban Decay Mariposa one from 2011). Now? I own… 36. That’s not including the 3 Z-Palettes I have filled with single shadows (plus my other singles in compacts and loose pigments). Blogging has kind of turned me into an enabled monster. I started realizing earlier this year I had been spending WAY too much money on makeup and I needed to start buying/using it like a normal person again. So far I’ve been doing a decent job of reigning myself in. I did cave and got the ABH Modern Renaissance in August, but that was an exception as I had a gift card and it was for my birthday. It was also the first palette I had got in almost a year.
Seeing all these constant new palette releases is so hard. Some look so amazing and I want them, but I know better. Others… no desire for them at all. But I thought I’d share with you some of my top picks of what I will NOT be purchasing.
You ready? Ok let’s get going!
Hey guys! How’s it going?
Well, I got a little bit different post for you today. It may seem negative and snarky, but it’s something that’s been bugging me for awhile and I have to get it off my chest. If I get flack for this, so be it.
I know I can’t be the only one who finds some of the things a lot of YouTubers do that are just plain annoying. So here’s my personal top 5.
Hey guys! How was your weekend? Do anything fun?
Friday night, I was invited by Busch Gardens Tampa to attend opening night of their Howl-O-Scream Halloween haunt event. This was my 7th year attending Howl-O-Scream and once again, it did not disappoint. I’m weirdly in the middle with Halloween stuff. I love a good scare, but I don’t do well with a lot of gore. So I don’t do the majority of the houses, but I do get my scares in from the scare zones around the park and the bands of roaming monsters. My friend who goes with me to these events is in the same boat as I am, so she’s the perfect companion to have along. We were happy to see the park brought back the popular zombie bumper cars again (seriously… zombies are doing the bumper cars with you and it’s hysterical) and also expanded it by filling random empty seats with monsters on the roller coasters! We got to ride the Cheetah Hunt coaster with a zombie in the row behind us, which was so awesome.
You can check out my Periscope of the zombie bumper cars here:

It was a seriously awesome night and major thanks to Busch Gardens Tampa for inviting me out again. If you’re in the central Florida area, I highly recommend giving Howl-O-Scream a try if you like Halloween haunt events.
Anyhow, back on topic…
I got a review of a couple of beauty sponges today for you guys. One is from Earth Theraputics and the other is from Danielle Creations. Could either of these be possible dupes for the Beauty Blender? Keep on reading to find out…

Hey guys! How’s it going?
So today I thought I’d share with you my review of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette. Sure this palette was reviewed by everyone and their brother… a year ago. Why not revisit this palette through a set of fresh eyes?
